Block fusing! A great method as long as you don’t mind the little bit of extra fusing and the whole fabric & interfacing fit on your ironing board. Once it requires shifting the block of fabric I’m fusing I’m out 😂
Again with the genius tips! I usually just lay the cut pattern piece and interfacing piece on top of the traced pattern piece before fusing but this is definitely next level. The old way does tend to shift around a bit if you're not careful. And as a bonus with your method, the muslin piece can be saved for future use for us serial repeat pattern users out there.
I've been fusing a chunk of interfacing to the fabric, THEN cutting it out as one.

I used to do that too but the pattern pieces would warp and it made me crazy so I started doing this. So glad you enjoy the tip!
